This privacy policy applies to the Lottery Track app (referred to as "Application") for mobile devices, created by Lottery Track (referred to as "Service Provider"). Lottery Track ("we", "us", or "our") is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and safeguard information when you use the Lottery Track mobile application and related services ("the Service"). By using Lottery Track, you agree to the collection and use of information as described in this policy.
We collect the following types of information to provide and improve the Service:
The Application does not gather precise location data from your mobile device. The Application does not use Artificial Intelligence (AI) technologies to process your data or provide features.
The Service Provider may use the information you provide to contact you from time to time with important notices, required communications, and marketing promotions.

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.
Your data is stored securely using Supabase, a cloud database platform with industry-standard encryption at rest (AES-256) and in transit (TLS). We use row-level security (RLS) policies to ensure each user can only access their own store's data. This means your closing data is completely isolated from every other account on the platform.
We implement reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. However, no method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is 100% secure.
Only aggregated, anonymized data is periodically transmitted to external services to aid the Service Provider in improving the Application. We do not sell your data. We share data only in the following limited circumstances:
The Application utilizes the following third-party services, each with their own privacy policy:
Store owners can create employee accounts within their store. Employees can access inventory scanning and closing features scoped to their assigned store. Store owners can view all activity performed by their employees within the app, including closing session details, timestamps, and attributed data.
If you are an employee using Lottery Track, you should be aware that your store owner has visibility into your activity within the app. This is a core feature of the audit trail functionality.
You can stop all collection of information by the Application by uninstalling it. You may use the standard uninstall processes available on your mobile device or through the app marketplace. Note that uninstalling the Application does not automatically delete your account data from our servers. To request data deletion, contact us at admin@getlotterytrack.com.
We retain your business data — including closing statements, inventory records, and session history — for as long as your account is active. We maintain rolling session history as part of the standard service.
After account cancellation, your data is retained for 30 days, during which time you can export your records. After 30 days, your account data is permanently deleted from our systems.
You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by contacting us at admin@getlotterytrack.com. We will respond within a reasonable timeframe.

Lottery Track is intended for use by adults (18 years of age or older) operating authorized retail lottery businesses. The Service Provider does not use the Application to knowingly solicit data from or market to children under the age of 13. If we become aware that a child under 13 has provided personal information, we will immediately delete it from our servers. If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child has provided us with personal information, please contact us at admin@getlotterytrack.com so we can take the necessary actions.
The Service Provider is committed to safeguarding the confidentiality of your information. Physical, electronic, and procedural safeguards are in place to protect the information we process and maintain.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices or applicable law. When we make material changes, we will notify you by updating the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. For significant changes, we may also send a notification to the email address associated with your account. Your continued use of Lottery Track after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Privacy Policy.
